• All products on Maxkinon Marketplace are digital and do not require physical shipping.
• Once a product is downloaded, refunds are not possible, except in cases where activation is not feasible.

Activation and License Key:

•  GPL-licensed products on Maxkinon Marketplace do not come with a license key, as per the terms of the GPL License.
• Some products may require an activation key for full functionality, while others may already be activated and nulled.
• Our team will make an effort to activate products that require an activation key. However, in cases where activation is not possible, a refund will not be provided.

Installation and Support:

• Maxkinon Marketplace offers additional support and installation services, which are chargeable.
• If you require support or installation assistance, you will need to pay for the services rendered.
• The support team is available Monday to Friday from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm as per Indian Standard Time (IST).
